That’s my name.
And, although I was born in Ciudad Real, I have been studying and working all my life in Málaga, since I came with my family from Vitoria when I was four years old for my parents’ work.
Here I have my school, the García Lorca, my secondary school, the Huelin school and my University, as I have a degree (yes, I am that old) in Law from the University of Malaga.
In addition, I did postgraduate studies at ESESA, in collaboration with the Escuela de Organización Industrial de Madrid, where I obtained my Master in Business Administration and Management (MBA).

I have been a member of the Malaga Bar Association for more than 11 years, with the number 7906, in case you are curious.
As a lawyer, I have specialised in all types of civil law and less serious criminal law procedures, including family law (divorces, inheritance), banking law, real estate, contracts and accidents.
Professional career
My work as a civil lawyer is helped by my previous experience in other functions:
- I was manager of a leisure centre.
- I have worked in a business school.
- And I have spent a good part of my working career in banking institutions, in different roles: corporate banking, asset banking, customer service and commercial management.
From those previous years I have many friends, many happy customers and many experiences, which, as I said, help me to better understand the situations of all types of customers and the different parties involved.
Education and languages
Along the way, I have not stopped training, because in this profession, as in many others, it is essential to do so. Thus, I have obtained:
- The European Financial Advisor Certificate (CAF).
- Insurance specialist.
- Prevention of Money Laundering.
- Specialist in the Real Estate Credit Contracting Law (LCCI).
In addition, for personal inclination and to be able to talk to the many foreigners we have on the Costa del Sol, I have studied French (B1) and English (C1), so I can understand and communicate in both languages, especially in English, a language I am still perfecting at present.

Tenía un problema serio y complicado en relación a un inmueble, el abogado al que había acudido otras veces no supo como abordarlo y fue dilatándolo hasta que casi pierdo el control de la situación.
