I am Ana Alberto Pinto, a practising lawyer and member of the Málaga Bar Association, with more than thirteen years of experience in the legal profession and a career focused on providing clear, rigorous and effective legal advice, always with a close and personalised approach.
I graduated in Law from the University of Málaga and have developed my professional career in various law firms in the city, which has enabled me to acquire extensive practical experience and a realistic understanding of how legal proceedings and the courts operate. Over the years, I have regularly handled matters in Civil Law, especially in family law, evictions, debt claims, traffic accidents and medical negligence, as well as Employment Law and Social Security Law.
I regard continuous training as an essential part of effective legal defence. For this reason, I have complemented my education with numerous specialised seminars and advanced studies, obtaining the title of Expert in Civil Liability and Damage Assessment, which allows me to approach each case with a comprehensive, up-to-date and practical perspective.
I understand the practice of law as work that requires rigour, study and personal commitment. My way of working is based on direct involvement in each case, a detailed analysis of the specific circumstances and clear communication with the client from the outset. I always explain the real options and chances of success honestly, because I believe that trust is built on transparency, constant work and personal commitment.
My goal is to offer effective legal solutions and accompany the client throughout the entire process, providing security and peace of mind in situations that are often especially complex.

Tenía un problema serio y complicado en relación a un inmueble, el abogado al que había acudido otras veces no supo como abordarlo y fue dilatándolo hasta que casi pierdo el control de la situación.
