With more than thirty-five years of professional experience, I have had the privilege of dedicating my life to the legal profession as I believe it should be practised: with real experience, sound legal judgement and a humane, approachable manner.

My career as a lawyer in Málaga has been built case by case and client by client, over decades of continuous legal practice. This experience has allowed me to acquire in-depth legal knowledge, but also something equally important: a practical and strategic understanding of legal problems, based on the reality of the courts and direct contact with people.

Since the beginning of my career, I have felt a true vocation for Law, and that passion remains intact to this day. That is why, throughout all these years, I have continued to train constantly, updating my knowledge, adapting to legislative changes and refining the way I work. I see continuous training not as an obligation, but as a responsibility towards those who place their trust in me.

Throughout my professional life, I have acted in all types of proceedings —family and custody matters, administrative law, employment law, banking law and debt claims— with Criminal Law being one of my main areas of specialisation, a field in which preparation, strategy and experience truly make the difference.

I work with a very clear idea: every matter deserves full attention, regardless of its complexity or financial value. I become personally involved in each case, study all possible options and explain the real chances clearly, without creating false expectations. I firmly believe that trust cannot be demanded: it must be earned through honesty, hard work and results.

My way of practising law is based on solid and non-negotiable principles: seriousness, responsibility, transparency and personal commitment. Anticipating problems, foreseeing possible scenarios and defending my clients’ interests with rigour are a natural part of the way I work.

After more than three and a half decades in the profession, I continue to practise with the same motivation as on the first day, convinced that good legal practice is not only about legal technique, but also about vocation, ethics and professional responsibility.
